We are building a community for organizational leaders, funders, and other stakeholders to connect, share resources, and map and build on an ecosystem to support leadership transitions.
This community is open to funders, nonprofits, and consultants, but all participants agree to abide by a set of community agreements. We have three categories of spaces: Funders, Nonprofits, and Open to All
In this community, you’ll find more in-depth resources shared by your peers and have the ability to connect to others working and thinking in this space. You’ll have the opportunity to join the community “as yourself” or anonymously, but you must provide accurate contact information to Leading Forward in order to participate.
Where do I fit in the Ecosystem?
If you’re a funder who offers direct support to nonprofits for leadership transitions or leadership development along the pipeline, let us know! We’re learning together in a Funders’ Only space in the Community!
What’s made possible? Build better learning cohorts for your grantees, help nonprofits connect the dots on funding opportunities for transition support, help build a list of trusted advisors, experiment with and encourage better funder practice around leadership transitions
If you’re a nonprofit staff leader or board member trying to get your ducks in a row for a transition, join your peers in our community where you can commiserate, share ideas and challenges, and share resources with each other. Though you’ll need to share your real ID with us, you can join the community anonymously.
What’s made possible? A safer space to lift up or amplify challenges, receive help and support from colleagues working through the same issues as you, get help whether or not you’re chosen for a cohort or grant, access and share resources that people are using right now
