This report introduces a Leadership Infrastructure Viewfinder to help funders and others see the often-unrecognized work that supports leaders and strengthens the broader social justice ecosystem. It examines the shapes, functions, and impacts of leadership infrastructure, including the role of Transition Co-Navigators who accompany leaders through periods of change.

The report also offers four calls for funder action: see, integrate, repair, and catalyze leadership infrastructure through grantmaking and relationships.

Funders can use this resource to:
• Recognize the infrastructure that enables leaders and organizations to thrive.
